How did you get into Pilates?
Many years ago, I worked for long hours everyday as a food stylist and trainee of a French culinary school. Standing for long hours and often sitting in a slumped posture led me to develop shoulder and back pain.

I discovered that Pilates would be helpful in correcting my posture and ever since I started, it’s changed me for the better, both psychologically and physically!


What do you love about it?
I love hearing my breath when I am practicing Pilates. It brings me peace, helps me feel calm and enables me to concentrate on the deepest parts of my soul and how my body flows.

Why did you become and instructor?
Ever since I discovered Pilates, I was motivated to become an instructor to share the same great benefits I’ve experienced. I want to help people find awareness of their bodies and its alignment, as well as to develop confidence and positive mindsets in their lives.

What makes your class sweaty?
Adding more variations and props!

Favourite workout other than Pilates?
I love swimming and barre.

Favourite candle scent?
Clean cotton or lemon and lavender!
