Off Duty World:
Pilates -Your Holiday Escape

Four short workout videos to get you moving strong and feeling good from the comfort of your hotel room wherever you are in the world (or right here in Singapore!). Using props from our Off Duty World Holiday Kit, these workouts are mat-based and can be adjusted for any fitness level. These videos are the 6th milestone in your Off Duty World Experience Passport.


Workout: Tension Release

Perfect for unwinding after a long day day travelling or whenever you need a little muscle release. Take 15mins with us to release achey legs, tight backs and tired feet. You'll need a massage ball (or a tennis ball) and a light-resistance flex band. These props are available in our Off Duty World Holiday Kit.

Duration: 15 mins


Workout: Arms

A quick arm burn using a light-resistance flex band. Do this regularly to tone and strengthen your arms and shoulders. Options provided for those who want to take it easy or are unable to kneel for extended periods of time. You’ll ned a light-resistance band for this one, which is available in our Off Duty World Holiday Kit.

Duration: 10 mins


Workout: Abs

Keep your core feeling strong to help support you while you adventure through cities and countrysides. Work on your front, side and back core muscles for maximum support. Two options for you to take it up a notch or when you need something a little bit more gentle.

Duration: 15 mins


Workout: Lower Body

This workout will get your legs and glutes strong in preparation for all that holiday-walking. Also great for activating your lower body, if you’re constantly seated at your desk or been lying on the beach all day.
