Group Classes

Our Reformer and TRX group classes are kept small with a maximum of seven clients. You’ll be working out to a soundtrack that will either get your adrenaline pumping or help you centre yourself for a restorative session.

Never done Reformer Pilates before or just want to get back to basics? Learn the 10 foundations of Reformer Pilates in this class as we workout your core and get you strong. Train your full body muscle control, balance, coordination in this beginner-friendly class.

This is a Beginner Level class.
Prerequisite: None. This is a prerequisite for other classes. Attend a minimum of three BASIC10 classes in order to join our higher level classes.

 

SCULPT

Did anyone say, Bubble Butt? Work at shaping that ass, arms and abs in this class as we help you get that toned body you’ve always wanted. Sculpt your body with exercises that will not only focus on strengthening your stability core muscles, but get your arms, legs and ass burning as well.

This is a Level 1 class.

Centre yourself.

Work on realigning your body as we correct body imbalances caused by daily stresses. Train the core and increase your range of motion as we work to centre ourselves. Walk out of class feeling taller from lengthening exercises and movements.

Hello Cardio! Strengthen your core and anaerobic endurance in this jumpboard focused class. Easy on the joints, but great for developing lean muscles. This class trains coordination and encourages efficient muscle firing patterns while helping you burn fat. Great for those seeking a challenge in athletic conditioning and total body sculpting.

This is a Level 1 class.

Get your heart rate soaring with this total body HIIT workout. Our Off Duty signature class combines power Reformer moves with challenging TRX suspension exercises in a time based workout. Get ready to feel the burn and sweat hard! TRX provides a great complement to a classic Pilates practice.

This is a Level 2 class.
Prerequisite: 4 Basic and/ or Level 1 classes

Want to achieve Guru status in Pilates? Get training in this power-packed intermediate level class designed to challenge you with complex exercises. You’ll work on your spine flexibility in order to perform advanced moves. Aim to execute with precision and accuracy as you test your coordination, endurance and core strength. Take this class when you feel you’ve conquered SCULPT.

This is a Level 2 class.
Prerequisite: 4 Basic and/ or Level 1 classes
