Ages 8 - 12
Thursdays · 11:00 AM · 55 mins
Taught by Senior Instructor, Jin
WHAT TO EXPECT
A class focused on teaching kids how to listen to their bodies and move with intention — building coordination, awareness, and habits that carry into every sport and activity they do
An hour to move, listen, and discover what their bodies can do
Guided by a senior instructor who works with kids to not just move, but move correctly
WHO IT’S FOR
Ages 8–12, open to all genders, no experience needed
Open to all fitness and activity levels
Designed to work with growing bodies, not push them
For parents who want their kids to move well, not just move
WHAT WE WORK ON
How to listen to their body and respond to movement cues
Coordination, spatial awareness, and balance
Core engagement — learning to stabilise before they load, which matters more as they grow
Building good movement habits from the ground up, before bad ones set in
Teen Pilates
Ages 13 - 16
Thursdays · 3:00 PM · 55 mins
Taught by Senior Instructor, Jin
WHAT TO EXPECT
A class focused on building the mind-body connection — learning to move with control and awareness, not just effort
An hour away from screens, school books, and everything else the holidays pile on
Guided by a senior instructor familiar with working with developing bodies
WHO IT’S FOR
Ages 13–16, open to all genders, no experience needed
Designed to work with growing bodies — builds strength without adding stress to developing joints and muscles
Low-intensity and non-competitive — for teens who want to move well without the pressure to perform
A good reset for teens who've spent the school term mostly sitting
WHAT WE WORK ON
Breath and how to use it to connect to and support the body
Core stability and engagement — not building abs, but learning how to switch on the right muscles to support posture, daily movement, and any sport or activity they do
Spinal alignment and posture
Body awareness — slowing down enough to understand how their body actually moves
