how do i SIGN UP FOR a class?
Click “Book a Class” located on the top right corner of our website then select the class* you’d like to attend. For group classes, select your desired machine. You will then be led to sign up for an account and to purchase a package relevant to the class type. After purchase, you will be booked into a class.
*For private classes, choose a class from the schedule with a specific instructor. If the instructor you’re looking for is not listed on the schedule, please contact us to book.
Book on your Mobile:
Visit our website on your mobile browser.
Click the menu button (3 lines) and select “Book a Class”. Click the close button.
Select desired class in schedule. Follow as above instructions.
For ease of future bookings, add the page link to your homepage. Visit the Schedule page on your mobile browser. On your browser menu, select “Add to Home Screen”. The page will then be easily accessed on your mobile phone - just like an application!
which class should I go for?
If it’s your first-time trying out Reformer Pilates, we recommend our BASIC10 Group Class. In a small class of seven, you’ll learn how to use the Reformer and gain an understanding of the foundations of Pilates to achieve an effective workout.
If you prefer undivided attention or have a specific physical issue you’d like to work on, try our Private classes.
what do i wear?
Comfortable and form-fitting clothes are encouraged so that our instructors are able to see your body alignment well. Grip socks or regular socks must be worn for hygiene purposes.
it’s my first class, what should i do?
Book a class via our booking portal. Arrive at our studio 15 to 20 minutes before your first class to get changed and ready for class. Inform your instructor that it’s your first class, and if you have any injuries that the instructor should know of.
Is there an age limit?
Minimum age for group classes is 17 years old. For clients younger than 17 and elderly clients, we advise going for our Private classes.
How do I buy a Package?
Select a class you’d like to attend from our schedule. Thereafter, sign up or log into your account. You will then be led to purchase a package relevant to the class type.
For private classes booked directly via email, a link will be sent to you to purchase a relevant package.
Can I share my package?
At Off Duty, we encourage each member to have their own package. This ensures that you are dedicated to attend a certain amount of classes within a period of time, so as to see consistent growth.
Our packages are valid for 3 or 5 months depending on the number of classes purchased. The validity starts on the date of the first class booked. Packages must be activated within one month, if not it will be expired.
Extension of Packages
If you were travelling or unfit for exercise, we will require proof of travel or a doctor’s letter in order for you to be considered for an extension of your package. Your package may be extended for the length of time of which you were away or unfit for exercise.
For other reasons, we charge a $50 extension fee capped at an extension of 1 month regardless of the number of classes left in your package. You are only allowed one extension per package.
All extensions subject to approval on a case-by-case basis and are strictly not applicable to any promotions, offers, limited time packages, or otherwise determined by ODP.
Refund of Packages
We do not offer refunds of packages except with a valid reason. Please contact us should you require a refund. Refunds will be entertained on a case-by-case basis. Evidence will be required for refunds to be processed.
Stacking of promotions to purchase a single package is not allowed. A member is only allowed to hold a maximum of two different package types at one go. An example of two different package types would be: One 10-class group package and one 10-class private package.

How do I book a group class?

Select your desired machine. For new clients, you will then be led to sign up for an account and to purchase a package relevant to the class type. After purchase, you will be booked into a class.
which group class should I go for?
If you’ve never done Reformer Pilates before, we recommend going for the BASIC10 group class. You will need to attend 3 to 5 BASIC10 classes in order to attend our other group classes.
Our class descriptions indicate the difficulty, cardio and sweat level for each group class to help you make the best choice for your needs. If you require more assistance, drop us a message using our Facebook chat bot (bottom left of webpage) or email us here.
If you have injuries, or are concerned about keeping up in a group class or would simply like dedicated attention, we recommend taking a Private or Duet class with us. Drop us a note to find out more.
Pre-requisites for gROuP Classes
These are the pre-requisites for each Group Reformer class:
SCULPT (Level 1)
Attend 3 Basic classes
RESTORE (Level 1)
Attend 3 Basic classes
TRXHIIT (Level 2)
8 Basic classes or
3 Basic + 5 Level One classes
JUMP (Level 2)
8 Basic classes or
3 Basic + 5 Level One classes
POWER (Level 3)
Recommended for members who are progressing well in Basic. Ask your instructor to advise if you’re ready to take this class on.
How do i book a private class?
For private classes, choose a class from the schedule with a specific instructor. If the instructor you would like to book with is not listed on the schedule, please contact us to book.
How do I book a Duet Class?
You will need a partner for Duet classes. Contact us for more enquiries.
Class bookings will be closed 6 hours before the class is scheduled to start. The management may choose to cancel a class up to 6 hours before. You will be notified by email should a class you’ve booked into be cancelled. You will not be charged for this class.
If you would like to book into a class that is full, you may join the waitlist.
Up to 12 hours before start of class:
If you are on the waitlist, you will automatically booked into the class if a spot opens up.
Less than 12 hours before start of class:
If a spot opens up within this period, the class will reopen for booking. Please visit our schedule to book a spot.
Classes are to be cancelled 12 hours prior to the start of class. For cancellations less than 12 hours before the start of class, a class credit will be deducted from your package. Only cancellations made via the Off Duty website will be accepted.
If you cancel a class outside of the cancellation window, a class credit will be deducted from your package.
Strict exceptions or special arrangements may be made for certain cases and is subject strictly to the management’s discretion. Evidence must be provided and is required. As we have an extremely limited number of spaces per class, we believe that our class cancellation window and policy is flexible enough to accommodate change in plans.
You will not be able to cancel 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
How do i cancel a class?
Log in here to “My Account” (link also found at the bottom of this page). Select the human icon on the top right corner of page and click “My Classes”. A list of classes you’ve booked into will appear. Select “Unreserve” for the class you’d like to cancel.
are there cancellation fees?
We do not charge cancellation fees. However, if you cancel with less than 12 hours before your class is scheduled to start, a class credit will be deducted from your package.
Please arrive for class 15 minutes prior to its start. For group classes, you will not be permitted to enter more than 5 minutes after class starts and a class credit will be deducted. This is for your safety as the first 5 minutes are usually spent with either an important introduction to the session or with a warm-up.
What amenities do you offer?
Our studio comes equipped with toilets, showers and a changing room. Towels, shower gel and hair dryers are available.
Lockers are provided for you to keep your belongings safe and secure while you work out hard in class.
Do you offer refreshments?
We offer complimentary refreshments throughout the day.
