How did you get into Pilates?
I began practicing Pilates in 2013 as part of my rehabilitation for a hip injury. What started as a means of recovery quickly evolved into a passion - I discovered not only a method for staying fit and injury-free but also a new sense of inner strength and possibility.

In 2015, I began teaching at a boutique studio specializing in the Modern Pilates method. After years of ongoing study and teaching, I found my true alignment with STOTT PILATES®. I completed the Intensive and Advanced courses, along with the Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) program, becoming a fully certified instructor. I also worked as an interpreter for instructor training courses and international workshops at the Pilates Education Academy for several years.

What do you love about it?
Pilates offers a safe and effective way to build long, lean muscles without unnecessary bulk. Its low-impact nature makes it ideal for improving postural alignment, flexibility, and core strength. I love how it enhances both physical and mental well-being - and after all these years, I’m still just as passionate about practicing it.

Why did you become an instructor?
I love helping people better understand their own bodies and seeing the transformation that follows. Pilates is a powerful tool for improving functional movement and is accessible to everyone - regardless of age, gender, strength, or flexibility.

What makes your class unique?
My classes are grounded in focus, breath, and controlled movement - principles that help release stress and promote mental clarity. Clients leave feeling recharged and reconnected, ready to return to their daily lives with renewed energy and a sense of balance.

We’ll workout hard by engaging the deep core muscles through dynamic, purposeful movement builds internal heat - creating a satisfying, sweaty workout that’s both challenging and energising.

Favourite workout other than Pilates?
I love starting my mornings with yoga and meditation at sunrise. It grounds me, calms my mind, and sets a positive tone for the rest of the day.

Favourite post or pre workout ritual?
Before a workout, I do a short mobility warm-up and take a few deep breaths to set my intention. Afterward, I unwind with gentle stretches, hydrate, and take a quiet moment to appreciate my body’s effort.

Describe your teaching style in five words.
Encouraging, patient, inspiring, intentional, and disciplined.
