Covid-19 (Initial cases)

Dear Off Duty Members,

With the first confirmed case of the Covid-19 in Singapore, we will be implementing several policies to protect our members, instructors and team members.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Off Duty and its instructors reserve the right to refuse any client from attending class if they exhibit signs of illness, not limited to fever, cough and symptoms of flu and cold.

  • Off Duty may at any time cancel classes if the national threat level of the Wuhan Coronavirus increases to moderate or critical levels.

  • Off Duty will also follow all WHO guidelines and recommendations in determining class schedules.

  • Off Duty will not be held responsible should a client fall sick during the time where he or she is on our premises and/or a result of taking any or all Off Duty classes.

FOR YOUR ACTION:

For the consideration of your fellow classmates and instructors, please do not attend class if:

  • You have recently travelled to China or any country with confirmed reported cases. Please self-quarantine for at least 2 weeks from date of return.

  • If you are feeling unwell. Please see a doctor and receive an all clear before returning to class.

If you fall under either of these categories, please submit a request to put your package on hold. Please email us your travel itinerary or medical certificate and doctor's letter to hello@offdutypilates.com

For your own health and safety, please take care to:

  • Constantly wash your hands with soap before and after class. Dry your hands thoroughly with paper towels and dispose of them in the bins provided.

  • Sanitise your hands whenever possible.

  • Clean Reformers, mats, sitting boxes and all props well with our provided disinfectant spray bottles.
