A reformer class built for where your body is right now — whether you're expecting or finding your footing after birth. Taught by instructors trained to support you through every stage.
What We Work On
This is a 55 mins group Reformer Pilates class built specifically for where your body is right now. Whether you're in your second or third trimester, or finding your footing postpartum, the programme moves with you.
Our instructors provide modifications throughout — so wherever you're at on any given day, there's a version of the class that works for you.
Strengthening or regaining core strength
Alleviate posture-related aches and back pain
Pelvic floor training and rehabilitation to help prepare the body for labour or for effective postpartum recovery
Tone and strengthen muscles affected during pregnancy, while working on mobility to enhance stress relief
Who is this Class For?
Pre Natal
Second or third trimester
No existing health issues or medical conditions
Doctor's clearance required
Beginners welcome

Post Natal
At least 6 weeks post-delivery (natural birth)
At least 8 weeks post-delivery (C-section)

Your Instructors
Jin
Jin is one of our senior instructors with specialist training in prenatal and postnatal Pilates, pelvic floor health, and diastasis recti recovery. She brings a depth of knowledge to every class — and delivers it in a way that feels supportive rather than clinical.
Pat
Pat holds specialist certifications in prenatal Pilates, pelvic floor health, and diastasis recti recovery. She's the kind of instructor who makes you feel like you can do it — encouraging throughout, and genuinely invested in how you're getting on.
Christina
Christina holds specialist certifications in pelvic floor health and applied childbirth physiology. Her approach is calm and unhurried — she takes the time to make sure you feel supported throughout.

We’ve kept our Pre/Postnatal Group Class packages small with a longer validity to provide you with more flexibility during your pregnancy and post-pregnancy. All packages must be activated within one month of purchase. Terms & Conditions apply.
What Do I Need To Prepare?
Doctor’s Clearance & Waiver
All participants must complete a waiver form. Prenatal clients also need to submit a doctor's letter. Our team will send you everything you need after you book.

If you have a medical condition unrelated to your pregnancy, please consult your doctor before booking to understand the risks of taking a group reformer class and obtain their clearance.
