Off Duty Edition is a 10-week program where we’ll learn contemporary Reformer repertoire, inspired by classical Pilates principles. Every exercise — its name, starting position, and purpose — taught properly and in sequence.
A fun but challenging way to explore a new side to your practice.
The Program
10 weeks of focused repertoire work
6 classes per week across all locations. You should ideally attend one class from each phase. All phases of the program will be tested during the Assessment. Use your existing membership or class credits.
The Learning
Every exercise, every variation
Learn Reformer repertoire — the name, starting position, and purpose behind each movement. By the end you'll be able to execute the learned repertoire independently with more confidence in your knowledge of Reformer Pilates.
The Assessment
It all comes together
On 11 July, you’ll be assessed on the repertoire in a group, moving through the exercises learnt across the 10 weeks with no guidance. Every participant walks away with a Certificate of Completion and a gift from us. Congrats — you’ve made it!
To Join
What you need to know
We recommend starting from Week 1 for the full experience. If you join us at a later point, fret not — do your best to catch up. Complete at least 8 classes to be eligible for the group assessment. It's a great way to close out the program with a clear measure of where your practice stands.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Five phases.
Ten weeks.
Each phase builds on the last — from foundational principles through to the most advanced movements in the repertoire.
WKS 1-2
Foundation
Core principles, foundational exercises, intention behind every movement.
WKS 3-4
Strength
Repertoire expands. Short Box, Long Box and Horseback introduced.
WKS 5-6
Coordination
Multiple movements working together like the Snake & Twist. This is where it gets interesting.
WKS 7-8
Endurance
Longer sequences, advanced movements. Your practice starts to reveal itself.
WKS 9-10
Mastery
Full repertoire with confidence and flow. Everything leads to 11 July 2026.

No, you don’t. Use your existing membership or class credits. Just register your interest so we can keep track of your progress.

We have 6 classes per week across all locations. You need a minimum of 8 classes (ideally one per phase) to be eligible for the group assessment. Come as often as you can and just do your best!

On 11 July 2026, at the Off Duty Birthday Event, we’ll hold group assessment sessions.
You will be asked to execute selected exercises from the learned repertoire without guidance. No stress, every participant will receive the Off Duty Edition Certificate of Completion and a gift from us. To really challenge yourself, aim for the highest certification result.
