How did you get into Pilates?
I started pilates years ago because I felt that I needed to get some exercise. I was surprised that through attending private classes, the chronic discomfort and pain I had in various parts of my body started to disappear. I love how it’s helped realign my body and that it’s focuses on mindful movements while being great a great workout for all fitness levels.

Why did you become an instructor?
What I've achieved from practicing Pilates has turned me into a strong believer that in how much Pilates can change a person's life for the better. It has impacted my life deeply and I would love to share this knowledge and experience to help my clients achieve their goals!

What do you want clients to leave your class feeling? 
Energised and fresh

Fitness or technical classes?
I like a well-blended balance of both, but still prefer technical in the sense of ensuring that we do the exercises with correct form to maximise the benefit of Pilates.


What makes your class sweaty?
Layering and endurance from simple movements.

Favourite recipe to cook?
Bulgogi & Kimchi Jjigae.

Favourite candle scent?
All kind of Christmas scents. I love the Holly Jolly mood 🎄!
