How did you get into Pilates?
I sustained a Sciatiaca nerve injury when I was 18 and had to transition to low-impact workouts. I realised how much Pilates helped with my mobility and strength and I've stuck with it since!

What do you love about Pilates?
Pilates really works those tiny intrinsic muscles - the aches and burns somehow kept me yearning for more! The plethora of variations and modifications in Pilates really amazes me.

What makes your class unique and sweaty? 
Whatever your fitness level, classes will be made perfect just for you! You’ll definitely be able to experience a nice burn 😉. Expect lots of pulses and holds! I do love a fun (but painful) choreography too.

What do you want your clients to leave your class feeling?
Stronger, happier, and ready to come back for more!

 

Favourite workout other than Pilates?
Definitely running! I also love going on hikes or cycling, watching the sunrise and sunset!

Favourite pre or post workout snack?
Oat milk latte/matcha for sure! Top it off with an Açaí bowl and I'm set for the day!
