How did you get into Pilates?
I've always been very active and into sports and fitness but the first time I tried Pilates, I was hooked. It felt different to other workouts I had done – I loved the controlled movements and how I felt during and after each session. I loved it so much I did it everyday for 10 days straight (sometimes twice a day).

What do you love about it?
I love the versatility of Pilates and how it promotes improving a balance between strength, stabilisation and mobility. I also think it's great that there are modifications and progressions to cater for individual needs so anyone at any level can practice.

What makes your class unique?
Expect an upbeat class that will get your heart rate up with lots of emphasis on form as well. You'll get a full body workout with a variety of exercises and we'll also work on getting all those dormant muscles working too, so you leave class feeling lengthened and strengthened.

What do you want clients to leave your class feeling?
Accomplished! They should be proud of making time for themselves and hopefully leave the class feeling better than they did coming in, physically and mentally. As an instructor I also love hearing that my clients see improvements beyond the studio, like they feel less back pain when they're sitting for long hours or that they're just able to move better through daily life.

Strength training and Muay Thai.

Favourite pre or post workout ritual?
