How did you get into Pilates?
I was struggling with pain in various parts of my body after a car accident. My physiotherapist recommended Pilates to me and I haven’t stopped since.

What do you love about it?
It has brought so much positive change in my life! Not only has my body shape changed, my balance has improved as well. With these changes, I feel more confident than before. I love it because it makes us healthier both physically and mentally.

How do you approach your classes?
There are various reasons why people choose to do pilates. Yet whatever it is, based on those reasons I have no doubt that everyone wants to have a fitter or healthier life. In my classes, I particularly want to help clients design bodies into their ideal shape.

What makes your class sweaty?
Endless variations and full body work out!

Favourite workout other than Pilates?
I’ve been swimming since I was 10. I also enjoy rock climbing!

Favourite post or pre workout ritual?
At least 30 mins of cardio before working out. I normally cycle.
