What is your approach to teaching Pilates?
I guide people back to their bodies. For me, Pilates isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing it right, understanding your own body, moving with awareness, and recognising what’s actually working, while creating space to reconnect with yourself through each movement.

What do you focus on most in your classes?
Awareness, breath, and precision. I pay close attention to how the body organises itself, not just completing the movement, but how you get there. That’s where real change happens.

What can clients expect from your class?
Moving with intention. There’s structure and detail, but also space and moments to be fully present, reset, and truly feel the work. It’s not rushed and is deeply effective.

What do you want clients to leave your class feeling?
A sense of accomplishment, connection, and self-appreciation. I want them to be aware that they’ve taken intentional time for themselves to take care of their body and mind with more awareness and care. And that's a win!

How would you describe your teaching style?
Precise and intuitive.

What’s something you often emphasise in class?
Direct your awareness to that part of your body, and feel it. I always remind clients that control and awareness will take them further than simply pushing through repetitions.

Outside the studio, what keeps you feeling your best?
Time by the ocean, slow mornings, tea, and moments without noise. Whether it’s journaling, gentle movement, or simply being still. I like to create space to reset my nervous system.

What’s a value or mindset you try to live by?
I believe there’s no future without first being mindful about how you show up in the present. So I focus on being fully here,  in my body, in my work, in my life, and trust that what’s meant for me will unfold from there. I don’t try to force outcomes. I’d rather move with intention, stay connected to myself, and let things build naturally over time.
