How did you get into Pilates?
I started doing Pilates as a complement to my other workouts. The first few classes were so challenging but I got such a good workout for my core that I kept coming back!
What do you love about Pilates?
Pilates has taught me so much about body awareness! Besides emphasising on the right form during workouts, I am also a lot more aware about my posture in daily life.
Why did you become an instructor?
I find it really meaningful to be part of my clients' fitness journey and I hope to inspire my clients to reach their goals :)
What makes your classes unique?
I will be your biggest cheerleader in class! No matter what fitness level you are at, I aim to provide advancements / modifications so that you will have a great workout and feel accomplished at the end of the class.
Fitness or technical classes?
A good balance between the two! I believe that knowing the technical aspects, such as the right form, can help push the fitness aspect even further.
Favourite workout other than Pilates?
Barre, boxing, running!
Describe you and your teaching style in five words.
Cheerful, encouraging, fun, nurturing, friendly
