How did you get into Pilates?
I first tried Pilates after I had my child. I experienced pelvic floor weakening and back pain. I was recommended to try Pilates as a solution and true enough, my condition improved and I got stronger in other areas as well.

What do you love about Pilates?
I love how versatile and accessible Pilates is! With the endless variations, different props and apparatus available, the vast number of possibilities you have makes it so easy to change up your workout depending on your condition for the day.

Why did you become an instructor?
When I realised how much Pilates can help return mobility to people of all ages, including those in their silver years, I was inspired to share this greater purpose with everyone and to spread the good of what Pilates can truly do for you.

Fitness or technical classes?
I love a good mix, but I’d choose fitness classes on days where I prefer to take it easy!


Favourite workout other than Pilates?
Spin classes!

Favourite recipe to cook?
One pot anything. I’m a comfort food kind of person.
