Operations / Studio Executive (Full-Time)

The Brand & Studio Executive role is a frontline position and a vital part of our growing studio, with the responsibility of overseeing the entire client experience at ODP. We are looking for a friendly, welcoming, and energetic individual who is able to achieve and accomplish the necessary in order to create and translate the brand and studio’s values into positive client experiences, grow our ODP community, and ensure an inviting environment for everyone.

Main Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Be actively involved in the client experience to monitor and collect feedback in order to improve the

    studio experience for our clients

  • Facilitate instructor and studio relations and provide support to instructor team


Client Support

  • Managing queries from prospective and current clients in relation to all studio matters, such as beginner classes, injuries, package types, and any other related client issues via emails, social media, and live chat enquiries 

  • Management and use of the studio’s booking system

  • Be knowledgeable of studio package types and details

  • Assisting the Studio Director with class planning and scheduling according the attendance rates and instructor availability 

  • Facilitate private Pilates class enquiries and assist in instructor – client matching 

  • Work with the studio representatives (front desk) to contact waitlisted clients to notify of available class spots


Studio Operations & Management

  • Assist in the training, management and overseeing of our small team of studio representatives 

  • Ensure that the opening, closing, and maintenance of the studio space throughout the day is carried out based on studio SOP

  • Studio housekeeping – work with our studio cleaner to ensure a clean, tidy and comfortable studio environment

  • Assist clients with purchasing packages in the studio (no up-selling required, procedural only)

  • Oversee and monitor sales of Off Duty Pilates merchandise line, and retail items 

  • Basic studio tasks such as organising merchandise and retail products, equipment and studio space upkeep as required

  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements &
Experience

  • This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week and unconventional hours that typically revolve around the studio’s operating hours. Applicant must be willing to work out of all Off Duty Pilates locations (Tanjong Pagar, Orchard & New Bahru) whenever necessary. 

  • No prior experience necessary, but applicants should be interested in fitness / pilates and lifestyle brands, passionate about creating strong brand experiences and what it takes to get there, love interacting with people.

  • We value applicants who are responsible, committed, able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, have strong attention to details, and a can-do attitude.

  • Able to multitask, accomplish tasks efficiently, and is customer-service oriented with a friendly disposition. 

  • Be fluent in English, comfortable using email and other written forms of communication.
