Main Responsibilities

  • Program and lead group reformer classes (up to 10 clients) and private sessions aligned with ODP programming guidelines.

  • Apply fresh, problem-solving approaches to cater to diverse client goals, skill levels, and injury modifications.

  • Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment that embodies ODP values.

  • Manage client schedules and class rosters using our studio's booking platform.

  • Maintain studio excellence, including basic opening/closing duties, organizing equipment, and supporting retail areas.

  • Provide exceptional client relations, including check-ins, answering inquiries, and processing package/retail sales.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certification: STOTT Pilates (IMP, IR, ICCB) preferred; Basi Comprehensive, Balanced Body and other reputable certification faculties considered.

  • Experience: Open to both experienced instructors and motivated new graduates eager to learn.

  • Availability: Minimum of 12 - 15 (mix of private and group) classes per week, with capacity for subbing. Looking for coverage across weekday early mornings (8 AM onwards), weekday evenings, and weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays).

  • Teaching Style: Positive, energetic, encouraging, and confident with hands-on and verbal cues.

  • Work Eligibility: Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, or LTVP holders.
