How did you get into Pilates?
I was introduced to Pilates by a friend when I had constant back and neck pain due to long hours of standing as a flight attendant. I discovered it back in 2016 with my first Reformer class and I’ve been hooked ever since.
What do you love about it?
I love how my body connects with my muscles in a distinct and mindful way when I practice Pilates. Of course, I love to see and feel the changes of my body as well!
What makes your class unique?
I customise exercises that caters to everyone's needs. I care about how my clients feel and what they need based on their individual strengths and weaknesses.
What do you want clients to leave your class feeling?
Feeling taller and stronger!
