What is your approach to teaching Pilates?
My approach to teaching Pilates focuses on precise, controlled movements and building strong body awareness so clients can move better in their daily lives. I aim to create a solid foundation that helps them truly understand the exercises and feel a sense of accomplishment.

What do you focus on most in your classes?
I focus on what each client needs and their individual goals and we work together towards achieving them. I love seeing my clients improve their posture and strength through my classes and I really enjoy watching them discover the potential in their bodies that they didn’t even know they had.

What can clients expect from your class?
Clients can expect a proper warm-up to prepare their body to move, followed by layered progressions into more challenging exercises. I guide them safely throughout the session so they can feel a sense of accomplishment and build confidence in their movement.

What do you want clients to leave your class feeling?
I want my clients to leave each class feeling refreshed, elongated and taller, stronger and happy.

How would you describe your teaching style?
My teaching style is encouraging, precise and thoughtfully challenging.

What’s something you often emphasise in class?
Focus on controlled movement rather than rushed, uncontrolled movement and always remember to breathe.

Outside the studio, what keeps you feeling your best?
Outside the studio, I feel my best when I go for a run while enjoying the scenery and the breeze. After running, I feel refreshed, more confident and stronger.

What’s a value or mindset you try to live by?
I try to do my best each day without being too hard on myself and to move forward step by step.
